take this opportunity to highlight the excellent job you did
preparing and serving the food at my daughter's dream garden
wedding last August. All through your planning and preparation,
serving and cleanup you were cheerful and very professional, and
most importantly, the food got rave reviews from the 75 guests.
I was impressed with your culinary abilities and highly

the 2008 Touch of Class. The feedback from the people
attending this year has been excellent. They were very impressed
with the flavor and presentation. The plates looked great! You
were an easy and obvious choice for one of the Sous Chef
positions; personable, dedicated, and hard working, with great eye
for detail. You lived up to all that and more. I am immensely
